Who am I ?
I’m Shraddha Dubey, an award-winning Group Product Manager with 8 plus years of experience building SaaS and B2B products. I co-founded the Customer Data product function, leading strategy to build an enterprise data platform that modernized tech, reduced reconciliation errors by 95%, and boosted rep productivity.
I currently lead a team of 40 engineers and designers on digital transformation, improving workflows for 5K users and increasing operational efficiency by 10%.
In 2023, I was selected as one of the top 36 leaders from over 8,000 employees for a prestigious leadership development cohort.
In my free time, I like to keep active and love playing sports and hike in the wilderness
